      Paid for express shipping and got standard...

      I bought bushings from this company and I paid for the ups express shipping because I needed them quick for a job but these guys made a mistake and sent them with the standard ups shipping. So I had no choice but dealing with it. It's okay not that a big deal so I wrote them about it and no answer. I WROTE THEM NOT 1,2 BUT 3 TIMES to get a refund for the difference in price because it is not negligeable. They never got back to me to fix the situation. I got my bushings a week later instead of 2 days. Mistake happens I understanf that being an entrepreneur myself but ignore when I ask for a overpaid refund that's just not okay.
